Mijn Klacht:
I did’t received my package. So I asked help from them. They want me to fill a claim form. So I did that. But they told me that my form is not right, but without telling me where is the problem. So I asked them again, they told me the problem but blocked my e-mail. So I cannot send back the right claim form to them. I think this is really bad for them to block my e-mail when there is a on-going problem need to be solved. This is so rude. They also have chat customer service, but they will stop the chat no matter you solve the problem or not. Both of the customer service is so bad.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Give me a reason and apogize for their bad service.
