Mijn Klacht:
horrible and totally unprofessional service with zalando. i had placed an order on 28 nov and i was informed by zalando that it will be delivered betweem 6-8 dec. i still dont have any info about it. useless and misinformed call centre staff doesnt know anything about it causing sheer inconvenience and mental agony to clients by saying we r very busy. I would however request a compensation by zalando for giving us misleading info

i would like a refund in my account and not as a gift voucher
