Mijn Klacht:
I had paid for an order within time but, due to an apparently known technical problem, the transaction was rejected. I only realize the error when I get contacted by an extremely rude contact agency, Gothia.
After calling Zalando, the attendant recognized the problem and asked me repeat the order payment and ignore the collection fee saying that that would be sorted out. Of course, now I can’t prove the call I had with the attendant last week and the collection agency is back charging me 60% above my order cost while Zalando refuses to get involved.

I paid for the collection fee because their second deadline was due to tomorrow (15) but I don't agree with it and would like to have it refunded.
