Mijn Klacht:
Placed my order in August 2018, it’s December and I’ve had 6 appointments with their mechanic where they didn’t show up or bother calling to cancel.
They started charing me from September, even the service has not been delivered now (December)
After a considerable number of calls and emails I asked them to cancel my contract, but they tell me they will not cancel it since I’ve signed a contract.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Return my money
Cancel my contract
Pay a compensation for the waste of time
