Mijn Klacht:
I ordered an item from Wish.com , supposedly in USA ( emails of purchase ation) . My Bank have informed me of ‘ double ‘ charge for same order . Order made 14th. ( and re-presented 20th.) February . Today £12 paid to Wish.com Schiphol nl . Made contact via email , they denied being connected to Wish (USA) , and had no record of my order .
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to know who has my order , and why Wish Sciphol nl have taken my payment , when Wish USA dealt with 'Double Charge ' complaint.
