Hello there,
My bike has been broken now for almost 2 months. It has several issues: kicklock broken and cannot unlock it, bell is broken, boost is broken. However, for both of these months I have paid a total of 156 euros other costs incurred for myself to commute on a daily basis.
On the 7th of March (next week), I have an appointment to drop off my bike – however not sure how to drop a bike that is broken? The alarm gets triggered every time I move it.
For this reason, I would like to ask for a refund of the time being that I have not used the bike as well as help to pick up the bike. Currently it is impossible for me to pay extra to rent a car or something (taking into consideration the costs that I have incurred in the last 2 months) I am very much pregnant so not sure how can I drop a 23 kg bike by being 6 months pregnant.. Thanks!
