Mijn Klacht:
I am not able to apply for the ZEZ-uitkering online because my B S N is not visible in UWV system.
I contacted UWV by phone multiple times with this issue, first time in the end of April and I was told that I can send the application form by post and the UWV will send the form to my home address or they will call me in case there are any issues. I didn’t get the form neither anyone called me so I contacted UWV by phone again and I was told that there were no issues so I should receive the form soon to my home address. I didn’t get it for one more week it so I decided to print it myself and send it to UWV on May 12th 2021. Recently (June 3rd 2021) I called to make sure that the form was delivered and the lady told me she cannot check it because my B S N is not correct… I explained her that I already called with this issue over a month before and she replied that somebody would call me within 1 working day. I phoned UWV the next day because I still had no information and I was told to wait until the end of the day. After 2 days, still nobody called me. My messages in Mijn UWV portal are not being replied too and every time I call the UWV I hear that my B S N is not a B S N or it’s not correct and I have to check it again, nobody is trying to help and they keep ignoring my requests. There’s no progress in my case and I’m already 32 weeks pregnant.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I expect explanation and that my application for ZEZ benefit will accepted and considered as It was submitted before the due date as any delays are related to issues in your system only.
