Mijn Klacht:
Put a ‘click and collect’ order – Order Number A051001228 on Uniqlo website and order was sent to Den Haag store for pick up.
Based on the website, if the items are not picked up within 7 days they would be returned and refund would be issued automatically.
Because the delivery is so slow, I go to the store before the order was sent and bought items I wanted. Did not pick up the order when they arrived at the store, expect it to be returned automatically.
However until now, almost 2 weeks after pick-up period ends, items are still in the store!
Chat with customer support for 2 items and called store once. Nothing changes.
They use lies and empty promises to stall your requests.
Worst customer service ever have!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Immediate return and refund of all items.
Investigate how this happens and take action on any staff responsible.
