The 24th of Nov 2017 I placed an order, number 454153. A day or two later I received a shipping confirmation without the tracking code. It can be seen in the attached screenshot that there is no track&trace link nor the number. My order has never arrived but the afterpay invoice number 233803506 was issued. Since then I sent a few emails to both kijkshop order desk and kijkshop customer service, asking kijkshop to either re-ship the item or cancel my invoice. I only received a response to one of them (citation): “but you should receive your order, is that right”. No one ever responded to any of my messages again. I find it very rude and unproffesional. What a poor customer service.
I would like my afterpay invoice to be cancelled, I'm not interested in receiving the ordered item any more.
