Mijn Klacht:
Received a letter demanding around 45 euros, for a FedEx invoice that I had either already paid, or that I never even received (I pay all my invoices).
FedEx responded to my email ly, saying that if I could supply the invoice number that they would resolve the issue. However Ultimoo, in what is both extremely incompetent and highly suspicious, didn’t bother to quote the invoice number on the letter.
I made multiple attempts to contact Ultimoo to ask the invoice number, but MONTHS later they just can’t be bothered responding.

EXPLANATION / CANCEL THIS RIDICULOUS REQUEST
