Mijn Klacht:
This is the second time I write a complaint about the Tvoutlet.My order number is 237856.
We placed the order on the 6th of August of a 85inches tv and the product never delivered as they were informed that in 5 workings days the products delivered.we have exchanged so many emails for a month now asking kindly that we urgently need ro receive the product the latest on the 5th of September because of a business travel that we need to travel for a period of 6 months.om their last email they informed that the product cannot be delivered at the date they have ed because of a huge delay on tbe transportation company.
Then we asked for a cancelation and refund as we will be gone for a long period. Since then from the 6th of September Noone replies on my email that they used to reply immediately before the cancelation.
The only thing we want is to receive our refund as we have not received the product for a month now.We have spend 1.500 almost euros and we do not have since then any update in our emails.It is impossible to talk with the customer service over the phoneas they only communicate via emails.we would like to have an update with the exact date of our refund as it has been over a month this situation.
Gewenste Oplossing:
We would like to receive a refund as the product never received and we have canceled the order.
