Mijn Klacht:
I booked a flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul on July 3rd, however, the flight TK1958 was cancelled a day after my reservation.
I tried to call the Dutch number for customer.support 204059636 and is invalid, waited more than 20 minutes on the Turkish line without success, which gave me the only option to cancel the flight to get a refund and try to book my flight on a different time, but to my surprise their refund email is not clear if I’ll get a real voucher or if funds will be returned to my credit card.
Tried to speak with their Facebook support, also in vain, they gave a vague answer and didn’t helped me at all.
Now I have a surgery scheduled and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get my money back or a voucher to book a flight.
I’m really frustrated.
