Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday 21/09 I arrived with flight from Istanbul , unfortunately without my luggage.. jusyt wondering why a 1 ½ hour transfer isn’t enough time for Turkish Airline staff to transfer the luggage as well..
however, NO representative of Turkish Airlines or as a fact Avia Partners had been present at arrivals Luggage belt ( 19); no indication on the belt who to contact, or where to find someone.. other agents tried to call Avia Partners and Turkish Airlines office ( conveniently situated at the other end of the airport 20 min walk away).
More than 2 hours after landing, still no luggage.. however dealing with Avia Partners at Schiphol airport was the highlight just a mix of inompetence and dont care about customers ( who incidetially pay your salries..) today ( from 8:30) tring to get hold of Avia Partners & Turkish Airline staff without sucess .. now at 15:30 no update on luggage, no one at TK is responsible and Avipartners is since this morning unavailable.. ( maybe all staff is down due to a severe bout of incompetence??) right now Turkis Airlines and their luggae handlers are bottom of the pit, Customer care is just a nice phrase on their website.. but the fact that you can complain all you want – still nothing happens..
so, now TK can pay for clothes that i can get to my business meetings tomorrow..
Unfortunately Aviapartners and Trkish Airlines – like many other service companies – take our money – buut do not take criticism – no one is in charge – no one responsible – and since only competent people are in charge – it makes total sense.. no competent people..
Gewenste Oplossing:
luggage delivered today , or pay for new shirt, business suit, shoes, underwear.. ( approx 500 Euros)
