Mijn Klacht:

Hallo everyone,

Today at 11.30 i wanted to travel from Amsterdam to Addis ababa through Turkish airlines. When I arrived at Amesterdam airport, I went directly to the counter. The officer-in-charge at the counter questioned on my Visa to Ethiopia (Addis Ababa), and I showed my online visa approval from Ethiopia immigration. After she realized that the visa is correct, then she asked me the COVID-19 negative certificate, and i presented to her the certificate. After realizing that the visa is correct and COVID-19 negative certificate is correct, then, she mentioned to me that I cannot travel with my Netherland residence document because of my birth place was in Mogadishu. I do not understand the reason behind of this obstacle since i was not travelling to Somalia particularly Mogadishu. I am bringing to your kind attention that this is not my fault, rather it is the fault of your counter staff in Amsterdam airport. They behaved me without respect, humanity and when i tried to get clarification she refused to talk to me, and she said to me you will not travel by any means and finally, she closed the counter without any consideration to my case.

In that regard, I am writing to inform you that i was not comfortable with the way i was treated and i request you to refund my money i paid for the ticket and the COVID-19 test.
