Mijn Klacht:
Dear Sir,
My name is Abeera Ali and my date of birth is 21 august 1990. Last year in December 2019, I missed my flight no.TK 1958. From Amsterdam airport to Karachi, Pakistan. I was discriminated and humiliated over there at the time of boarding. I was on time and had a rough talk to the person at the gate. The person was from the Turkish airlines. He did not allow me to go inside because he said that I am 1 minute late but at the same time they allowed a Turkish lady and a man with her to pass through the gate and I was standing right after her but they did not allow me to pass. I cried in front of them and even begged them to pass me as well but they were very rude to me. I felt so discriminated and felt so insulted. While i was crying they even smiling at me. They were too rude and clearly trying to ignore me as they are not seeing me.
I was standing there helpless and seeing my flight to take off right after 25 minutes. If they wanted they could have allowed me as well as they allowed that lady to cross through the gate.
I was stressed out and due to stress and sadness I was unable to take any action against them. I missed my flight and lost the money as well which I paid for that flight. I didn’t get compensated because I booked my tickets from Expedia. Then I have to book another ticket for almost 500 euros on the same day.
After this horrible experience I lost my self confidence due to discremination and had no courage to face the world again. That incident not only cost me money but also gave me stress. I was restless for many nights. Their faces revolved around me when I went to sleep.
My friends and family gave me courage and helped me to come over this stress.
Now, I have gathered the courage and decided to raise my issue and hope for justice.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want compensation against the incidence happened with me
