Mijn Klacht:

I wish to complaint about the service of Turkish Airline, or the lack of it.

i have purchased a fully flexible ticket ( rather expensive) which i needed to re-book urgendly, but the CC staff of Turkish Airlines was less than helpful, refusing to rebook the ticket.

with my travel agency being unavaiable, this is a disaster, and NOT at all customer friendly. also the online rebooking facility of Turkish Airlines is not working. it feel like being back in the middle ages..

the airlines claim to be Europes Best Airline – i dont want to experience the worst.

having been helped previously at a similar occasion, rebooking my flight via telefone was accomplished without any issue.

in short Turkish Airlines today refuses to rebook my flight.

Their CC staff suggested that i get a taxi, go to shiphol and try and change my ticket there. but this is stupid, as this should have been done via the Call Centre. i dont see the difference -other than making it as difficult as possible for the customers who pay their salary..

After insisting , i was transferred to some woman in their CC complaint area, who kept aon saying that i coud not complain about the rebooking issue..

I travel a lot worldwide and for the last 8 months very regulary with Turkish Airlines, but this is one of the worst customer experiences that i had in a long time, and i will seriously consider flying with your airline in future.

i hold Turkish airlines responsible for any additional costs that i incur.
equally i will make this incompetence and lack of customer care known.
Turkish Airlines has the worst Customer Service any Airline offers..

Gewenste Oplossing:

refund all additional cost incurred
