Mijn Klacht:

I sent my second email to TrainMore with no reply regarding problems with subscription. And I m sorry to say but joining that GYM was a big mistake from my side due to issues related to bad management and poor communication skills from your staff which also happened to 2 of my friends already this month as well!!

I have 3 problems now;

First I subscribed to that GYM location Rotterdam coolsingel on June 23rd and got ed on June 27th. it was included in the offer that I get 1 month free and 1 month free upgrade since the day I get ation. this means when I got the ation email on June 27th. the guy who signed me in told me I cant start until I get the ation!!
For unclear reasons I got a cost deduction from my bank account of 72,32 euros.

Second, after I went to the GYM location Rotterdam coolsingel and explained the situation to 1 of your staff. He told me that the problem was I should have belonged to another subscription which is I don’t have to pay the administration fee. Then he told me that he will fix the problem and charge me less for the next month and he will send an email to explain that to the management.

However, this didn’t happen and I got over charged again.

Third, the reason why I joined that gym is because the more I come and train the less I pay. Which did NOT happen!! I attended about 9 times your GYM but I didn’t get any deductions!!

Gewenste Oplossing:

To be charged fairly or to refund my money and cancel my subscription!
