I signed up to the TrainMore gym (Utrecht, Janskerkhof) after having viewed their 2 months free trial period action only to be sent a direct debit within three weeks.
Thinking I’d have the two months to try out, after which only then would payments start to incur. This, however, was not the case. I immediately canceled my account, or so I thought. After having been sent a ation of the cancelation, it turns out I’d still be tied to a 2-year contract; though I thought this would only apply to my client number and account with them with regards to their database and NOT the continuous monthly payments as I would not be using their facilities.
I’ve read reviews dating back to 2010 in relation to the treatment of their customers; even to the extent to which a pregnant woman, after having given birth, didn’t have the means or time to keep going. Regardless, she was tied to her contract.
I’ve looked further into their policies and the way with which they even treat those with an ailment, and honestly, don’t understand how this establishment is not being directly addressed for their terms of services and policies.
I was falsely advertised to and seek aid in canceling this two-year contract.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When this 2-year contract has been canceled and I am no longer tied to them in any way.
