Mijn Klacht:
When I decided to become member of Train More I tought its a gym worth my money(considering location and month rate), but than my opinion changed – bad hygiene above all, few months no faucet in ladys locker room, most of the time no toilet papir and – over crowded. But I continued to go there, before summer I decided to take ‘sun’ upgrade, and one of employees told me it lasts three monts and goes off automaticaly, which was fine for me. Now, after six months they still are charching me, first I tought it was my mistake, but When I send e-mail they responded I have to cancel it on my own. Not to mention that the tone of the e-mail was far from friendly and was ten days after I contaced them. I want my money refunded for not giving me correct informations! Its a great feeling that they are so fast when they need to charge you for something, but not the other way around. In the meantime I lost my job and can not afford to go there, but of course they told me I have to pay till May next year. There have to be something that protects customers in this way. Please help!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'll be happy only once they addmit they gave me wrong infomation about upgrades and when they upgrade they service, not for me but for other customers, cuz I'll stay far from this gym.
