By far the most horrible and uninformed customer service I have ever dealt with. Email reply’s take weeks before a respond can be expected, most of which are nonsensical or addressing the wrong topic.
TrainMore staff themselves at the location ride on that mentality.
They often overcharge while being “shocked” when the topic is brought up. This topic also is not internally handled, but rather left alone until you write a couple more emails, months later you may or may not get your money back.
ALL GYMS ARE THE SAME BUT THESE MOFOS TAKE THE CAKE.
