Mijn Klacht:
I needed unlimited Internet for one week. Turnes out 3 months later I am still paying for it because I should have called them to cancel it ( which was of course never mentioned). Ashita at the customer service lectures clients as if they are idiots and should know the Tele2 rules. Basically, I am the one to blame that they are billing me indefinitely for unlimited Internet. Thanks for that!
Gewenste Oplossing:
At least an apology would have been nice.
I find it incredible that you have customer service agents who berate the customer!
