Mijn Klacht:

I have a similar problem with others here. I registered at this website months ago in order to look for a room. Because of its poor quality I stopped using it soon after. Later, I noticed that they were withdrawing money from my account, although I had not given consent for a subscription. I asked my bank to block these transactions. Now they are asking me to pay this money although they are fully aware that I had not been using the site. When I explained the situation they refused to assist me and now they want me to also collect a fine from my bank account.

By the way, they sent me this:

Now they claim that I need to pay because it is “my responsibility to unsubscribe” from the renewed . subscription (for which I never agreed).

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like them to stop sending me e-mails and I want to request my money back. They can check when I used the site.

Geboden Oplossing:

Dear customer,

You did not unsubcribe your account at our website, you just blocked our monthly payment. We have closed your account on 30-03-2016 ourselves.

Because the monthly payments were blocked you did not pay for the 4 monthly terms that your account was still active.

I did not use this account and you can confirm this.
I did not consent for a recurrent subscription but for a registration.
I did not use you website and blocked the payments when I realized that your thieving \"company\" kept withdrawing money from my account.
Then, instead of shutting down my account, you decided to keep my account active and charge me for it.
