Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir, Madam,

On the 19-May-2020 I have purchased an article via this online store (store-nederland.com). It was stated that it could take between 7-25 days for my order to be delivered. More than 1 month passed and I contacted this company more than once and so far no reply. I also paid for an extra service Super Saver – incl. Track Trace that was never provided to me.

As I didn’t receive any reply, I sent them a last e-mail with the following:
As I didn’t hear from you, I would like to cancel my order and have the amount of €17.14 refunded on my bank account, please see details below:

I am looking forward to a ation of my cancellation request.

This was more than a week ago and again no reply.

I hereby ask your support and advise on how to move forward and make sure that I will receive my full monetary refund.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will be satisfied if this company:

- replies to my sent e-mails
- s my cancellation
- refunds the full amount (bank transfer)
- takes into consideration that this is not a good service provided
- improves their customer service by giving support to all their customers
