Mijn Klacht:

Last month site for slangenreizen was visited to book bus tickets for Paris trip. There was no option to check the availability of seats. After filling all details it did not take us to payment page. So we left it as transaction was not completed and searched other sites for booking tickets. One week later customer representative from slangenreizen site called us for payment of trip. So after providing complete scenario to customer representative he understood it and cancelled the ticket on 16/07/2015 itself.However after one month we are getting mails from slangenreizen to make payment of same old trip. We provided all details on mail again. They are compelling us to make payment for tickets.

Gewenste Oplossing:

No service was used by us so company must not tell us to make payment for it. Else they must provide us with different tour package.
