In our package between 23-25 October, it includes 1x entree the Mexican water park. But now just when we check in, we are informed we cannot have the tickets because they said their capacity is full. The common logic shall be, okay, you said you don’t have enough quota, but the customers have already paid for this service and facility in their holiday package, not Slagharen should at least pay back this part of money to the customers. That’s we call honesty right? You can’t just keep charging this part of money when we bought this holiday package, and then not realise it and also not gonna give compensation!!! That is absolutely cheating, don’t use the reason Corona, the corona don’t teach a company play cheating!!! Slagharen now changed their regulations on their website, but when we booked and bought this holiday last week, it said very clearly in de contract the package what we paid is including the water park, no other exceptions.
It could be some other customers accept their Corona reasons, but we not. Very simple, if you bought a ticket from KLM, because of Corona, then the KLM doesn’t have to pay back the tickets money to their customers? Contract is contract, contract is not about to cheat!!
Here we ask Slagharen for compensation!! Maybe it’s value doesn’t really worth much, but it’s about the right as customers do have!! Why we need to bear some loss we shouldn’t bare, if the waterpark is not available, they should clearly showed the conditions before we booked this holiday. But they didn’t!! What Slagharen did is just simply cheating, from the legal terms, it’s nothing about the Corona because Slagharen could just return the money like other companies for example de KLM would do.
Pay back the part of tickets money from the Mexican water park!!! And apologies for the rudeness of your customer service inside the Slagharen park!! ( The customer service is a man, he said something like that's is how it is no matter we like it or accept it or not , yes, very helpful answer!!)
