Awful service, almost a scam. I made a complaint to paypal for the delay in shipping and in response they sent me the order incomplete and with the desk broken (and in another color). I asked for a refund and they offered me a refund as long as I send the goods back at my expense (about € 200 shipping for € 150 per table) and since the order was incomplete I could not physically return everything because there was no stuff. After that they canceled my order and refund request from their site. Inaccessible customer service. All this was documented with pictures in the paypal claim. NEVER AGAIN!
Gewenste Oplossing:
To have my money back or at least the correct desk and the missing lamp
