Always been satisfied with Shein. But unfortunately not now. Order number: GSHMA300U00M5FD. Order was on 11/28/2020. It took a long time before I received the order, I did receive bonus points for apologies (very neat). But now returns are not successful. Can’t download a return label … Through the site I only get in touch with an automatic chat that I cannot proceed with. Do you want to contact me?

If I get information (adress) to send Items retour. And I want a retour label to make sure it's fine to return.
