We placed order for Roomba 960 on 4 Sep 2018 and are yet to receive the correct product. After tonnes of followup for a month, we were sent the wrong product. They asked us to return the product and promised for discount. Then when we sent back the wrong product, we are now following up for a month to either get back money or the correct product. We were told they will return money but we have not got it yet. also, we have lost the other available models in our budget available for sale in all this duration.
