Mijn Klacht:
I booked a ticket this morning and paid via Ideal. The money has left my bank account and I clearly have proof that I paid them. However, when I call the lady is telling me that the payment is not in their system. Now they want me to pay them again with a credit card but I’m afraid that I will pay double for my ticket and they won’t refund me the money from my Ideal payment.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When they accept my ideal payment or refund me on my bank account.
