Mijn Klacht:

Hi,

My flight was cancelled almost 3 months ago, but I have not yet received my refund after I was told it could take 1 month and up to 3 months.

On their website, the refund request is still at step 1 of 4, Request is being processed.

I have also sent them multiple emails but I have not received any responses.

Additionally, there is no way to contact them by phone.

Could someone please assist?

Thanks for the email.
How is it that you don't have an update on the status? I am just surprised that no progress have been made since my flights were cancelled and I was simply not the only customer with these flights booked via Schipholtickets.
Also, what is the email address of your colleagues from Advanced Customer Support team?
Please let me know so we can get this done and put this behind us.
