Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir or madam,

Every year my mother fly`s from Southampton to Amsterdam and home again with help from your assistance service.
When she arrive from Southampton the service is perfect but on the return journey she has been three times left alone and completly forgotten .
My mother is 84 and in a wheelchair and she has problems walking .
On sunday may 25 at 25 past 5 she had a flight to Southampton so we book her in for assistance.
Afther she left us she is left waiting alone for one hour and as usual she was forgotten and had to ask passengers for help.
I know this service is free but we would gladly pay for it without all the problems.
Is there any other way I can get my mother on her flight without all the stress you cause for not doing what you say you will do.
