Dear Sir,

My name is Alya Salah, and I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. R. Velhorst. The purpose of this letter is to request your support in the below:
Mr. R. Velhorst is interested to purchase the broadcaster Pro from Kamera Express, and before that he asked to experiment it first in order to be certain if the product is being tested in real life in the set up that he has in mind. Below is link of product to give you more information about product description and specifications needed by Mr. R. Velhorst:

I want to bring to your notice that Mr. Robert has tried so many times to contact Kamera Express’ customer support to investigate this issue, but unfortunately all suggestions he received from support team do not really work for him and are not beneficial at all. The last suggestion he received from Mr. Marcel van Leeuwen who works in Capelle aan den Ijssel who suggested to replace this item with the below one:

In fact, he is not going to accept any other alternative except the selected model, as simply he does not have IPhone. In addition, “Teradek Vidiu” can only stream to pre-run platforms. That’s really a no-go for him. The purpose of being very specific to such product is that Mr. Robert has a DSLR camera (Canon Eos 700D) that he would like to give live stream options to it. That should be possible with the broadcaster pro device only.

Gewenste Oplossing:

To resolve this problem satisfactorily, it will be greatly appreciated if Kamera express can ask the manufacturer of the device to deliver a product so he can test it without having to pay for it right away.
I have attached all pertinent documents regarding this matter as well as a list of correspondences from previous attempts to have this matter solved, but with no use at the end.

I am looking forward to hearing from you so soon to solve this problem. Let us say within 7 days from now. I hope I don’t have to seek help again from any third party regarding this matter.
