Mijn Klacht:

I applied for EU driving license exchange in August 2022. Despite half a year explicit demand to return my driving license and costs due to unfair trade practices used by RDW during the procedure I still not received my Polish issued driving license back (as of April 2023) nor refund. I do not know why my driving license was taken away instead of making copy of it, Polish authorities neither and instructed me to never ever give away Polish issued documents to anyone who is not a law enforcement. What else can I do so my driving license is returned to its sole owner – Republic of Poland? (I am only holder of the document, not its owner). Dutch police said it is not a crime for public institution to take away and not return my document and will not take the report. Is travelling to Poland to report appropriation of my document by the foreign entity my only choice?
