Mijn Klacht:
Someone called me a few months ago and said they have books that they want to send to me. A few months later, i got a book and it was 4,95 euro. I thought it was done and i paid 4,95 euro. The next month I got another book and just ignored it. Few weeks later I got an invoice with 85,95 euro and I was confused. I contacted the company and told them I wont pay because I did not ask for the book. They were asking me to pay 160 euro so I told them i could pay 20 euro every month. I paid the first 20 euro and stopped after that because I read on the internet that they force people to buy the puzzles. I asked them to send the recorded call and there I agreed on everything but only for the first book. Now they want to take me to court. What should I do?
