Mijn Klacht:
I bought the chair from pronto store in Sliedrecht 1week ago and they told me we doesn’t have it here and you have to pick it up tomorrow from another branch.after 2 hours I called them and told them I don’t want to pick it up and please cancel my order.she told me I call you tomorrow for answering you but she didn’t call me and again after 1 day I call them and told them how I can cancel my order and getting back my money?one of the staff told me the person who is following up your status is not here now and she will come tomorrow and will call you.again I was waiting for them up to 1 week but no body called me.after this I decided to go there and follow up my problems.when I see the staff, she had very bad behaviour with me and told me you can not cancel your order when you buy it.but I can not understand when I didn’t pick it up yet and just after 2 hours called them and asked for cancelling, why is not possible?I left the store because I wanted to wait for tomorrow to call your office for this problem but she called me and told me if you want to cancel your order is possible but just you can get back 50% of your money.I shocked about it and went again to them and spoke with her but she told me this one again.Now I want to cancel my order and I want completely my money back because I didn’t pick it up yet and that is in their store and they don’t have a right to not giving my money completely.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to get my refund completely because I didn't pick up anything and it's my right to get my money completely.
