I have tried to purchase a mobile twice on installments, but both times it was rejected. The objection of providers was that my name is in blacklist of preventel. I do not agree with this. There is something wrong with your record. I request for the correction of my record.
Also tell me why my name is in blacklist and what does this mean? and for which reasons my name is in blacklist?

Gewenste Oplossing:
I am only satisfied when i know the exact reason.
According to my knowledge i have never done anything which proceed me to blacklist. I am sending you my ID card and my Driving Licence.
