Mijn Klacht:

I have recently bought 3 articles from Plutosport.nl. Upon the ordering process an action code was used which reduced the delivery costs. Upon receipt of the goods one of the items was too small and therefore was returned. The item cost was EUR 19,95 however Plutosport refunded only EUR 13 for the item as they deducted the shipping costs.
When I contacted them about it they told me that this is mentioned in the actionscode page on their website and they refused to refund the shipping costs.

This is nowhere mentioned in their returns policy. As a customer when I order from a website I always check the return policy to ensure that I fully understand my rights and obligations.

I find this a very unethical behavior and a very sneaky way to make money without having a clear policy mentioned in the right place. If this was indeed mentioned in the returns policy it would be absolutely accepted.

People should be aware of these practises. Needless to say that I won’t be a returning customer.

Gewenste Oplossing:

When the shipping costs policy for the action codes is clearly mentioned in the returns policy section and when my shipping costs are refunded.
