Mijn Klacht:
I won the “Yeezy v2 black” raffle on the 29th of November, paid 220€ via Paypal and have never received the shoes. So I contacted JDsports customer service. They had issues with their stock and I would not get the shoes but a refund. Now, almost 5 months later, I still have not gotten any refund. JD had sent the money back to Paypal on january 26th but I still have not received it from paypal and their customer service has not responded yet.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Als ik mijn terugbetaling van €220 krijg.
