Hi!
I noticed in my banking app that in July few automatic payments for OV Chipcaart failed, but then next payment went okay. My card keep working and keep automaticly rechurged few times, so i thout that it was one-time mistake on OV or banking side and now it’s solved automaticly. For 2 month I keep using OV card as usual and everything way okay.
Now i recived email from company Intrum. And they asking me to pay 40 euros for OV and extra 40 for their fee. I even first thought that it’s a scam. But later find that OV actually use so called Intrum to collect payment from customers. And it’s absolutly unfair that i have to pay extra 40 euros just because I didn’t know that OV didn’t churged, because in my personal cabinet on website everything was okay.
I also sent notification to OV, but don’t know when they going to answer. And i can’t trust them anymore, because who know for what they can charge me now.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Cansel Intrum payment, i'm ready to pay what I owned to OV if they failed to automaticly charge money. But it's unfair to pay doubled cost just because I wasn't aware thet their sistem doesn't work.
