Mijn Klacht:
On 27-12-17, while I was abroad for a week, I saw a payment to OV-chipcard. I was certain that this payment is a mistake of OV-chipcard and I claimed it back. When I came back in 2018, I saw a letter from OV-chipcard and called to inquire about this payment. The reply was this is their system (very strange and not transparent). My man went to deposit the payment back to OV-chipcard, but by mistake he selected a wrong back number.
on 2-2-2018 my OV-chipcard got blocked without a notice. I called and the answer was the money was not transfered. Soon after the payment is made the card will be deblocked. This was confirmed per email. The same day I found the mistake and transfered the sum to OV-chipcard. On 4-2-2018 I got per post a letter from the incasso that I need to pay 50 euro for this case and then after my card will be deblocked. I called OV-chipcard but no one could explain this. No one could explain why no one in custormer service said the case was sent to incasso – third party. No one could explain this all incident, why my card got blocked without notification. (I was told that three letters were sent, but only one came to our address). Basically, there is no protection to the custemer here.
Gewenste Oplossing:
