Mijn Klacht:
I received a incasso for Eur40 Incassokosten for a missed automatic preload payment in October (caused due to there not being available balance in the account). However, I have manually loaded balance onto the card, and the balance has remained above the minimum Eur20 requirement for train travel. Nevertheless, my card has been blocked and the missed payment sent to Incasso. This makes no sense – the automatic pre-payment is a convenience feature, and yet OV are prepared to send this to Incasso because the card was not loaded via them ?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like the incasso to be waived.
