Mijn Klacht:
We booked a hotel which had a free cancellation policy. We cancelled about 1,5 months before the booked date (beginning of May 2020) and we still have not received our money back. I sent several messages but only got an automated message back a few months ago and that was it. There is no reason they are not refunding my payment as the hotel never had to be paid as we cancelled well before the arrival date. Looks like this company is a scam!
