Geboden Oplossing:

Dear madame Lottering,

Are you aware of the fact that you have placed two orders?
Order 00103853 is for four tickets, we have already delivered these tickets as e-tickets via e-mail. Order 00103861 is for two tickets, these tickets will also be send as e-tickets via e-mail. However, these tickets won't be next to the other four.

We hope to have informed you sufficiently.

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE - bad service - I have a friend travelling just for the show:
Dear sir or madame,

You've placed an order for Trevor Noah. Immediately after placing your order with us, we forwarded your order to our suppliers. Unfortunately, we are dealing with a major delay in the delivery, for which we sincerely apologize.

We will provide you with a decisive answer about the delivery of your tickets 3 hours before the show on the day of the concert. In case your tickets are delivered to us, we will make sure you will receive them in time, most likely by email.

If TicketTribune is not able to deliver your tickets, the total purchase amount including service charge will be refunded within seven working days.

In order to pre-arrange the possible refund, we ask you to reply to this email and provide us with your IBAN and BIC code, so the refund procedure can be executed rapidly.

We apologize once more for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience. If you have any additional questions, you can reach us by an email: info@tickettribune.nl.
