Mijn Klacht:
We booked a Transavia flight though opodo but now we want to cancel our booking. It’s not possible getting a hold on opodo customer service. We tried twice today and the customer service person from India just hang up the phone! We can’t arrange anything through Transavia as they refer to the emails they have send to opodo.
We need the emails from Transavia to opodo to be able to cancel or change our flight with transavia.
Hope someone can help!

When I can cancel or change my flight with transavia on the 29th of august booked via opodo.
