Automatica remover of my money

Question

I registered few months ago at matured dating .com,and I notice this automatic remover of my money 2 times a month and I called and ask my account to be removed from the dating site permanently,I am surprised I am stil getting automatical remover of my money this is a scam and I wil not tolerate this act on my bank account
