Mijn Klacht:

25.04.2017 I’ve ordered bed textile online in neckermann shop. That time delivery time on the website was 1-4 days, now they changed it up to 7. After 4-5-6 days I got nothing from This shop, even no reply on my email. 02.05 they sent me code and link to post Nl, where I couldn’t follow my package! Next evening nothing too. I decided it’s a bad joke and ask to refund my money. I got them 4.05 on my account. And was satisfied. 17.05 daily postman call us to inform about strange package that he sees last 5 days in the front garden. When I came back home, I found that package from neckermann! No email, no notice, no call, just a garbage in the garden! And it was delivered by DHL, not postnl! 18.05 I got a email from PayPal about having negative balance on the amount of purchase. 25.05 I brought order back to neckermann office myself. They sent me email with retour info. 13.06 I got email that they can’t transfer money on my PayPal account, I gave them my bank account. And still waiting for my money and neckermann ignores me.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want them to apologize and send me my money back before I'd call the police.
