I hired a car (Avis) through cartrawler. The full amount was deducted on 8 July 2017, a week before I arrived in the netherlands. When I arrived a realised that I forgot my driver’s license and I had to cancel the car at Avis. They did so and informed me to contact Catrawler to claim the money back. Since then I have written to Cartrawler four times but only the first one was answered: I received a Ticket Number 00587328 and a promise that I would be answered within two days – but nothing since then.
