Mijn Klacht:
I have tried calling the Nederlands Energie Verbond, but nobody answers the phone! I have tried emailing them and completing their online form, but nothing works!
I am furious that following their advice and lower prices quoted by them, I changed as from 1 April to Mega for electricity only.
Only two days after the beginning of the contract I receive a bill for the month of April €20 more than I was paying with Engie.
After spending so much time with you on the phone, etc. it was not worth it: it would have been better to stay with Engie.
At no time was the new price I would be paying stated on the contract as it was when I changed to Engie a year earlier.
Although they had quoted cheaper prices, it is not working out that way.
What are you going to do about it?
