On March 2016 I ordered from Hoogenboezem den Haag a 3 zit bank sofa , I showed my home photo and the stairs to the sale person and asked the possibility to receive a rentalsofa till my original would arrive. During sale everything went fine and once technician arrived he told me none of these sofas would fit from my stairs, limitless phone calls , mailing and we finalize the issue and my sofa arrived and did not fit and the carrier accept to carry it from my window after I signed – all risk is mine- later on we found out the legs of the sofa is 10 cm instead of 12 cm and it is not touching the ground, went to the shop , they showed us the show model / show model had no issue like this and they told us they will order the legs from their fabric. Instead of receiving the middle legs ,4 pieces we were told a technician should come , Again several conversations went on explained why I can not wait all day at home for the technician and at the end it has been finalized technician would come on 8 o’clock on 08.06.2016 , so I could take only 1 hour off from my work.
The technician did not arrive. Basically , I am totally frustrated with the attitude , unprofessionality of the staff , blackmailed with the contract I signed at final companies internal miscommunication within their department.
The sales woman tried to push me to contact their service department , tried to make it my problem , however tried to help at the end, provide details , per request sent e-mails but avoid to involve more.
