Mijn Klacht:
There is no way I can get in contact with a decent Lufthansa helpdesk. After long hours waiting for somebody to pick up the phone, somebody on the other side of the world, with no concern at all for my voucher request, picks up only to say they can do nothing and that is it. I bought 4 tickets which I haven’t used because of this damn COVID, and I have reclaimed 4 vouchers. I got nothing and see no way to reclaim my money back.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want 4 vouchers or my money back.
